These terms govern the use of Enkoras (the "Platform"), a B2B industrial platform connecting supplier and buyer companies in Mexico. By creating an account or using the site you accept these terms.
The Directory lets companies publish their profile and service catalog, announce availability with an expiry, post purchase requests, and communicate with each other via chat and other contact channels.
We are a connection platform. We are not a party to negotiations, quotes, contracts or transactions between companies, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of the goods and services announced.
Publishing requires an account with real information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Company information (name, line of business, catalog, availability, requests) must be truthful, current, and correspond to a company you legitimately represent.
Content published by each company is the publisher's responsibility. By publishing you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform and in internal search results, including its classification through artificial intelligence.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms, present false information, or harm the operation of the platform.
The verified company badge indicates we reviewed tax documentation submitted by the company (RFC and tax status certificate). It is not a commercial guarantee, endorsement, or assurance about its products, services or solvency.
The free plan includes the essentials to operate on the platform. The Premium plan is a paid monthly subscription that grants visibility advantages; the current price is always shown on the Plans page.
Payments are processed through Stripe; we never store card numbers. The subscription renews automatically every month and you can cancel it at any time from your panel (My company → Plan): you keep the benefits until the end of the period already paid. Amounts for started periods are non-refundable.
Not allowed: impersonating companies or people; publishing false or misleading information; using the platform for spam or unsolicited mass messaging; automated data extraction (scraping); or attempting to breach the security of the service.
The platform is provided "as is" and may evolve, be temporarily interrupted, or change. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted continuity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from dealings between user companies, from information published by third parties, or from the use or inability to use the platform.
The platform, its design, brand and software belong to us or are used under license. Each company's content belongs to that company.
We may update these terms; relevant changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after a change implies acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tijuana, Baja California.
